DevTrain Volunteers Academy (DVA) Fellowship Programme is a 3-months training and development programme to support young graduates with leadership and employability skills and knowledge that will enable them attain leadership positions in the field of social development and governance.
DVA capacity development and mentoring programme
aims to support young people manage projects, secure jobs, and become agents of change. Trainings include behavior competencies, group facilitation, conflict management, curriculum vitae development, writing cover letters, building interview skills, advocacy, and mentoring process for career development.
